Latest Update to QS 3.6

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE 3.6 YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOWNLOAD THIS UPDATE
The latest installer is now free of the mIRC executable. This reduces the overall download size by 1.4MB.
You still need to have mIRC 6.35 installed, the QS setup will detect if it exists in C:\Program Files\mIRC and if not it will be downloaded and installed for you.
I'm sorry to have to make these changes but they were necessary.
